House in Dingle |
Location and Contact Details |
The house “An Caladh Spáinneach” which means “The Spanish Pier” is located on the Marina. It is the first of a row of three-storey houses in what is known as ‘The Wood’.
The house is distinguished by a rope knot which runs under the eves. This is in fact a ‘tom fools’ knot. It was a practical joke played by the original owner; himself a fisherman. Click here to see our photos |
